Chief Executive Officer
Mark’s background includes accounting, financial leadership and cost segregation. Before leading SegPro, he served as CFO of Cost Segregation Authority. He holds accounting and MBA degrees from Brigham Young University.
President
Andrew brings experience across construction, engineering, real estate brokerage and investing. He previously oversaw REO operations as a vice president at Radian and holds an economics degree from the University of Utah.
Director of Relationships
Nico’s background spans real estate, sales leadership and account management. His work connects real estate investors, business owners and accounting firms with SegPro’s cost segregation and energy-credit services.
SegPro Solutions, LLC
Our work starts with the property and the owner’s objectives. SegPro analyzes the building’s components, prepares a detailed report and coordinates the findings with the owner’s CPA.
The study supports the tax adviser responsible for applying the findings. That coordination connects the property analysis with the owner’s broader tax circumstances.
